1. What we collect
When you use Parlo, we may collect the following:
- Account information — email address and password when you create an account.
- Listing content — photos, descriptions, and pricing information you submit.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and how long you spend on the app.
- Payment information — billing details are processed by our payment provider. Parlo never sees or stores your card number.
- Device and browser data — standard web logs including IP address and browser type.
2. How we use it
- To generate and display your listings.
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, Pro upgrade confirmation, payment alerts).
- To improve the product — understanding which features are used and where people get stuck.
- To process payments and manage your Pro subscription.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your listing content to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your listing in the moment.
3. Public listings & visibility
By default, listings you create are public — anyone with the share link (e.g. parlo.pro/l/abc123) can view them. Public listings are not indexed by Parlo, but search engines may discover them if you share the link in public places.
You can mark any listing as privatefrom the listing's Edit page (open the listing from your dashboard, then click Edit, then toggle "Private listing"). Private listings show a generic "This listing is private" page to anyone who visits the link.
Pro members can also add listings to their storefront page at parlo.pro/s/your-user-id, which is publicly accessible to anyone who knows or guesses the URL. You can remove a listing from your storefront at any time directly from your dashboard.
To delete an individual listing or your entire account, email us at hello@parlo.pro — we'll process within 5 business days.
4. Data retention & listing expiry
Listing expiry. Anonymous listings and free-account (Saved-tier) listings automatically expire 90 days after creation. You can set a custom expiration date within that 90-day window but not beyond it. Pro listings have no expiry by default and remain live until you delete them or cancel your subscription.
Pro cancellation & archiving.If you cancel Pro and have more than 10 active listings, you'll be asked to choose 10 to keep. The rest are archived — their share links show a "listing not available" message. Your 10 kept listings receive a 90-day expiry from the cancellation date, consistent with the Saved tier. If you re-subscribe to Pro, all archived listings are automatically restored and all expiry dates are removed.
Account deletion. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your listings and personal data are removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained independently per applicable legal obligations.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or ask any questions about how your data is handled. Email us at hello@parlo.pro and we'll respond within 5 business days.
6. Cookies
Parlo uses cookies to keep you logged in and for product analytics. We don't use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use Parlo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
